"The hotel is really nice. Our only problem was some people fighting and screaming in the hallway in the middle of the night. We were awakened twice and it was quite alarming."

"Been to SF more than 10 times - usually stay around union square for Moscone - but honestly this is now my fav hotel, amazing design, very unique architecture. Rooms well maintained, clean and appointed and super friendly and helpful staff, nothing was a problem and everything I asked for sorted quickly and hassle free. This isnt always the case in SF. Bonus this part of town is without all the hassles and troubles you find further up in Union square and surrounds - the walk to Moscone wasnt bad and the hotel made it worth it. Definitely will be back here if I can. "

"We really loved this hotel. Yes is it a little bit older and could use a coat of paint but overall it was wonderful. Great location, wonderful waterfront promenade to walk on and convenient everything we wanted to do in San Francisco"
