Hotel was excellent except for the restaurant. There was only one restaurant which was crowded and noisy. We found it more convenient to have dinners in our room. Clean towels, bedding and other maid services were not provided in stays of less than four days unless specifically requested.

Great hotel. All the staff were super helpful. We were able to get early check in and offered a first floor room. I was amazed it had wonderful view of the city and was very quiet. We saw the beekeeper on the roof tending the hive and that was extra fun. Good coffee in the morning and I appreciated all the water filtered machines. Great stay!

Beware: Hyatt thinks a King bed sleeps 3 people. We reserved a room for 2 adults and 1 child with an age of 13. The first search result was a King room, which we selected. At check-in, we were told that there is no sofabed and they won't do a rollaway bed. They expected that we'd have our son, who is larger than his mom, sleep in a king bed with us. Ridiculous.

Highlights: Convenience. I’m traveling with a family of 7, so because we can take the tram to our terminal, we’re able to drop off our rental cars and relax on the day of travel. Also love that this place is clean and has a luxurious feel
