Nice property overall! Comfy beds and spacious room. Bathroom a little small but still clean and nice. Our carpet had a super deep stain in it and the elevator doors were very screechy and old. Carpets need to be replaced for sure and elevator doors serviced. Otherwise lobby bar was cool and full Starbucks in the lounge area open decent hours. Would stay again

This hotel is U shaped and is advertising Bay view rooms which I paid for and got a room with a view on an other side of the hotel with it’s rooms. Absolutely no water view room, that I paid for. The breakfast was supposed to be included, but when we went down in the morning, they said it had not been paid for. I was also charged for internet use, 10 minute usage at whole day price and a bottle of water offered at arrival in the room was charged. A real rip off. Unless somebody is member of the chain, this hotel should be avoided at all price because there is much cheaper and much better. A very bad Expedia deal. It would have been cheaper to go to the hotel website.
