"The hotel is nice with a great location. However, the room ACs can only be controlled by the front desk staff and they don’t work properly either. "

"The pool bar was not well stocked and the walk from the pool to the bar at the Blue Moon restaurant was long. Staff was slow to service. The patron has to initiate the service. For instance, I had to ask them if they can help me with service."

"Staff saw I was in line but decided to take a phone call instead & make me wait. Never told at check-in where the pool & restaurant were. Handicapped parking spaces a joke; they were narrower than regular parking spots; not fit for a car. The pictures on the web of the ocean view did not match the real view, very disappointing to pay extra for the view & not get it."

"Not sure if there was a vending machine, ice maker or microwave. It would be great to have some kind of food when it is late at night. Not sure if they have a kitchen where they could be a microwave and ice maker. I did not ask for these, but also there were no sign of them having them. There is only one electrical outlet, so a power cord would be helpful. Other than that, it is a beautiful place with nice, beautiful rooms. I would definitely stay in this place again. I definitely recommend it."

"My room was flooded on my first because it rained. I had to stay in my wet molded room until the next day. And from the looks of the wall after the raining I am sure they knew of this rooms issue. It been over 3wk and now one from management contact me or responded to hotel.com regarding my issue. The outside of the hotel is run down, not what you see on the picture. Definitely not what I expected for the money I paid. Other parties of my team were staying at the Hilton and it's definitely night and day. It's not worth it, the Hardrock was a disappointment. The casino had talks close with no one to run the talks. The cook was not great, we were on Puerto Rico, I expected better."
