I would have looked for a first floor room when I booked if I realized I would have to climb to the third floor with significant disability of my legs. We may return to the Merchant if we can get first floor accommodations. "

"We loved staying at the Salem Inn! The room was unique and beautiful and it is in a great central location (basically right across from the Witch House). The only downside was that there was no elevator and our room was on the third floor, but they do have a dumbwaiter to bring your luggage up for you. We had an excellent breakfast included as well. Would definitely stay there again. "
