"This is the first time we have stayed at this property. The location, accommodations and staff were fantastic. I was especially impressed by the customer service provided by the staff. "We both said this was probably the nicest (fanciest) hotel we’ve ever stayed at. (And we’ve been. To a lot of fancy hotels). The views, the bathroom, the tiny nook to sit and do your make-up…GORGEOUS! The beds and bedding were heavenly. I already miss them. The coffee shop down stairs has the best coffee and pastries. Highly, highly recommend this hotel. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at CitizenM Back Bay minus the staff! They were not only short handed but short on their customer service! The hotel is convenient and walking distance lots including shopping, Fenway Park, Freedom Park and North End! The room was small but perfect for what we needed with a beautiful view! We did not have breakfast at the hotel and opted to find local eatery’s near by! We would recommend staying here and hope by putting a review their customer service improves and they are fully staffed, in this case we would stay again! "
