"I was impressed by the service. Everything was very convenient: shuttle, location, check-in, breakfast. My layover was 19hrs, so I've chosen this hotel because of all of the above that are included in the price. Also, my kids enjoyed the pool. At our departure, my older kid of 12 y.o. said that he would like to stay there longer. "

I had issues getting clean linens, issues with staff not being able to locate packages that were delivered with their approval, and a couple staff that were downright rude. Its not the level of servhce I have come to expect from Omni, and certainly not at this price point. I was considering the property for a long'term stay in Juky, but will be seeking more appropriate alternatives after this visit."

"Cool boutique hotel in an older building, but new, modern rooms. Our room had an awesome exposed-brick wall, comfy king bed and pillows, and it was super clean. Great access to the harbor and an easy walk to the north end and Commons - just follow the Freedom Trail brick line. "
