"Great location and clean rooms. I wish they had coffee in the morning. We had an end room with a pretty view."

"I never saw where breakfast was supposed to be served, the coffee in the room was terrible. I use Green Mountain at home but it tasted totally different, not sure why. Maid left an envelope for a tip but my room was never cleaned. Wastebaskets were emptied, but bed wasn't made, towels were not picked up or changed. I asked for ice at the front desk so I could ice a bad foot. It never came in the 2 hours I waited. Asked again when I got back after a cocktail party, finally arrived a 1/2 hour later. Room was clean when I arrived and bed was comfortable, but I'd give it an average rating "

"Clean room, albeit small. Very friendly and accommodating staff. The attached restaurant was very good. The location was perfect!"

"I stayed here waiting for a flight the next morning. Very clean property and good communication with check in staff. My only issue is that I was sick with the shingles when I arrived and needed to turn the heat up, but they have it locked and preset not to go over 76 which is ridiculous for how cold the climate is in Massachusetts. That made my shingles extra painful. The hotel staff did provide additional blankets but it’s not the same as the room being warm. I will stay again, during the summer months only."

"What a fantastic property that really is above all expectations. Amazing staff - at reception and the bar/ restaurant alike - and super clean rooms. The steak tips that I scoffed quickly before going to watch the Bruins were incredible! Honestly just a fabulous, underrated place that I would happily stay in again and again. "Beautiful lobby and helpful staff. The room itself was small and a bit worn, though clean. Decent value for the price, but the lobby set my expectations high for the room which was a bit disappointing. Location is excellent."
