"This property is conveniently located to many places within a brief walking distance. Parking to check in was a sham, “we don’t own the parking.” While the room was definitely clean and well maintained, ours overlooked a Main Street and there was late night/early morning construction. Yes, I would stay there again… though I’d like to get a room with a king sized bed."

However, two small bottles of water in the refrigerator were complimentary ONLY for elite members and this *for me* reflects poor customer care. Next time, I will avoid Hyatt if they don't change this myopic policy..."
