"Beautiful hotel, friendly and attentive staff. The first time I’ve stayed in a hotel that I didn’t feel the need to clean it myself. The room was spacious and had an enormous bathroom which is rare. The only negative was the fridge had a tiny spot available for my things. I would suggest staying on the harbor side vs the garden view just because there is a fire dept across the garden and it was busy. "
"My family was there for a brief stay. We arrived at around noon and just planned on storing our luggage but the staff were able to promptly get us into rooms that were ready. The staff were extremely hospitable. Joseph and the young lady working with him were delightful. The room was spacious and clean and the location is outstanding as it is near the freedom trail and many of the historic landmarks. I couldn’t be happier with our stay and would definitely book this property again for a future stay. "
"My daughter loved this property. It had been updated quite well over the years considering its age. The only slight issue was the wait for the elevator occasionally. "
"The hotel is great, and the staff members are very engaging and helpful.
The restaurant of the hotel is not that great. We ate there in the first night of our vacation, and it was reheated food. I don't recommend this restaurant.
I review on the hotel with 5 stars. "
