"It is very helpful if the staff at the reception ne more welcoming and helpful . The bellboy was very energetic and welcoming. Rooms were not ready given a different room than what we booked. until 4pm. No apology. The management should be more attentive to matters. Good luck"

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a long delay to check out due to having breakfast, would recommend the breakfast staff ask if folks are checking out to remedy that problem for future guest, as I was not the only one I saw with that issue. "The business suite" computer was not working, they said they would send someone up, but after 15 minutes I gave up and looked for another solution. The balcony was a really nice feature and I slept really well on the mattress. The sounds of the City are not for light sleepers (bring earplugs if you are one!)"
