"We have been traveling to Boston since 2016 when our daughter entered BU, and from our first stay at the Westin Copley Place we were hooked. Only once, due to unavailability, did we stay at another hotel and the difference was like night and day. The Westin staff have always made us feel like family especially the breakfast crew and we are so excited when we visit. Over the years some of them have moved on, retired etc, but because of the relationship that was fostered over time, it is always our choice of hotel when visiting Boston. The rooms are immaculate and the public areas the same, always clean inviting and if there is any problem it is resolved quickly. The breakfast has been revamped over the years and during this recent visit, I felt like I would gain 10 pounds fro. The amount of food I ate. They have added new dishes and drinks to complement the tried and true staples and they are delicious. They also vary the foods daily so breakfast is never boring. I do on occasion eat dinner there and it is very good, but I love to go out to try different restaurants. After you have eaten all this great food, there is a great gym to work off the calories. There is a good variety of exercise equipment and the space is never crowded. This is what makes a hotel:great service, great staff, great food, the proximity to transportation, points of interest and the best views from the rooms. I am willing to guarantee you will never regret your stay at the Westin."
