Very attentive staff, most friendly housekeepers, room and furnishings were very beautiful, modern, comfortable. Love the big windows, lavender aromatherapy, plush bedding and linens, free bottled water, good bars and restaurants on site.

The room at the Westin Copley Place was good. The rooms are spacious with great views of the city. Nice touch to have Starbucks coffee available in the room, as well as a decent line up of tv channels. We did find the beds to be a little soft though, and the stable style doors to the bathroom could be replaced to provide more privacy.
