"No parking, we have to park in a parking downstairs that does not belong to the hotel and they charge 48$ US per day. The hotel charged us an extra 60$ US fee for no reason taken off of our deposit. No details, no reasons. Very bad customer service. To have to pay 48$ per day per parking on top of the 600$ US per night for the room is crazy for this type of room.... no breakfast included, the hotel room had hair in the bathtub, the room was dusty... nothing good to say about it. Beds were also uncomfortable. Worst stay I had in a while."

"We loved our stay here. The restaurant "The Fed" had cozy decor, amazing food and served food until 10:30pm. This was great when our flight in was delayed and we could still eat dinner when we arrived. The rooms have lots of lighting choices, bed side reading lights too, and little trays to place your odds and ends to help keep organized. We could have used a few more hangers, but the hotel staff continuously gave us water for the room, and there were cozy robes and slippers there too. When housekeeping came they tidied everything up nicely, even rolling up our laptop cords. The staff was friendly and helpful with everything from maps and directions to concierge and luggage hold the day we were to depart. Also love the twelve pm checkout. A lovely place to stay. We were out our few days visit from 9am to 9pm each day and it really was such a wonderful place to return to each night."

"This hotel does not look like much on the outside. But it is hidden gem! Super clean and updated. Friendly staff. Housekeeping is top notch. They provide some pastries, juice and coffee in morning which is hard to find in the city. Highly recommend!"

"This hotel was amazing!! Beautiful. Staff so friendly. Quiet hotel as never hear a peep while sleeping at night. Or getting ready to sleep. My only complaint is the rooms are too small."
