"The staff was friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in. Everything was clean and comfortable. The breakfast included a wide variety of choices (and they had oatmilk as an option! Thank you!). You need to use your room key in the elevator to get to the guest floors, which provided an extra layer of security. My only quibbles would be the heater/air conditioner is a bit loud, and the showerhead seems to be old and should probably be replaced. Otherwise it was very comfortable and the cost was a good deal. I stayed for five nights, and would do it again."

"Stayed for Northeastern University graduation. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We needed an extra towel and received it within a few minutes. The room was very clean and spacious. Nice variety for breakfast. Would definitely stay again."
