"Hotel is ideal for transport to Logan airport. We stayed for marathon for a week. Although they give you a free transfer bus to local train station and collect you it is time consuming. There are no local shops for food. You have to walk up one side of highway then down the other to go up the street which is almost directly opposite where there are two shops, Target and Stop n Shop a good 25-35 min walk. Breakfast is limited to cereal, make your own waffles, toast, a bit of fruit and three cooked items. Everything is disposable plates, plastic cutlery etc. served 6am - 10am. No evening options. The room was clean and although they said we had to ask for it to be done daily our room was serviced daily without us asking. Plenty of towels and coffee replenished. Room was quite hot but had air con but was too noisy to have on at night. Staff were excellent, always ready to help. Bus drivers always helpful with people's baggage and drove sensibly. Surrounding area is more like an industrial estate. If you want cost effective and don't mind the daily transfer into Boston then it's ideal. If you want luxury then pay the extra and stay in Boston. If you want somewhere to lay your head for an event then ideal, if you want a holiday then probably not for you as people can be heard arriving and leaving for airport at all hours... It served our needs."

"I enjoyed my stay at the Hampton Inn at Chelsea. The shuttle driver gave helpful directions on how to use the Boston trains and busses. The room was comfortable and the breakfast had lots of choices. I don't eat dairy products and they didn't offer any other alternatives. Other than that everything was great."

"This place is amazing, we have stayed at this location 3 times and all the times it has been awesome. It’s a little away from downtown but if you want to save money and are okay with being a little out, this one is for you. Train that takes you to downtown is a 5 minute walk. Only thing is that they don’t do housekeeping everyday unless you ask for it and we didn’t know, only thing I would complain about, other then that, it’s an amazing hotel with a good free breakfast."

"Probably the worst US hotel I have stayed in, in the last decade and I’ve already stayed at eight this year. Run down, shelves missing in the room, which looked like an Extended Stay but worse. Tired furniture overall. Fake (pointless) net curtains so you couldn’t even close them; it was either full blackout blind or have everyone looking straight in from the car park. Miserable desk staff, no bar (it’s been closed down!), no restaurant at all and breakfast 6-8am only, I mean, come on, 6-9 at the very least is acceptable! Just not a nice property. On the upside, the bed was comfy, the shower worked and the airport is nearby!"
