"Very good place to stay for early morning flight out. "

"The toilet was flooded when we first checked in. Maintenance came with a plunger and was not able to fix the issue. He tracked toilet water on the carpet in room. He came back with a snake and cleared the issue. The pull-out couch had springs stabbing me in my back and ribs. They also had to additional towels upon my request. The hotel was alright. "

"I cleaned my own room. I didn't use the gym or pool. I used the laundry- it was complimentary. The only employee who has awesome customer service skills was OSCAR, he usually worked the 2nd shift, 3pm to 11pm. I had More than 8 maintenance issues- and Oscar called Maintenance immediately to address it. Also, Housekeeping did not speak English. OSCAR needed to translate to get the items I needed. I even talked in Spanish regarding, and the Head Housekeeper seemed confused. I left written notes EN ESPAÑOL- and I believe they knew did not how to read or write in Spanish, or English. "

"The location is great. The room was clean and quiet. The WiFi was not so great and didn’t work well and would shut off. The spa really is just a steam room. The pool is more so to exercise rather than to relax. There are no loungers to put your feet up and the pool water is very cold. Wish there was a jacuzzi but seems to be a rare amenity to find in Boston. "
