"I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Boston! The place is absolutely beautiful and spotless. From the moment we arrived, the staff ( Charles ) was incredibly helpful, friendly and so welcoming. We were treated exceptionally well the entire time. We had a situation where our flight was cancelled and we hadn't even had a chance to eat. The staff went above and beyond for us - they offered us snacks free of charge and were so willing to help us in any way they could. That kind of kindness really means a lot when you are stranded and tired. Our room was super clean, very comfortable, and perfect for a good night's sleep. The bed was cozy, everything smelled fresh, and you can tell they take great pride in keeping the place in perfect condition. Overall, the hotel is perfect. The service, the cleanliness, and the atmosphere are all top-notch. Whenever I have to stay in Boston, I will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful and caring place to stay!"
