"They are con artist and dishonest people. Booked via orbitz and paid. When went to the hotel in Mumbai, they said that they were 100% occupied and turned me down. They told me to contact with orbitz to get the refund. When I contacted orbitz, they said that the hotel management said that the room was given. I guess I am thd liar here. Simply stay away from such evil entities and so from orbitz. I sm gonna file a complaint with the US DA office."

"Room and hotel were definitely not as advertised. It was pretty filthy and I wouldnt use the pillows. No hot water for a shower. I declined the breakfast."

"WORST EXPERIENCE FROM HUNDREDS OF TRIPS
NEVER STAY HERE
Booked room, arrived 00.20 after long flight... say they have no record of booking (checked name, booking ID etc)
Thensay no room available / full. Cant biok new room online as past midnight... walking around Mumbai for 1.5 hours trying to find a hotel with room available
Tried to get refund, hotels.com, says 'not the hotel policy'
Such a mess. Dont stay here. "
