"The shower is very small but had amazing water pressure. Best shower I've had at a hotel in several years. Unfortunately, we only stayed there for about 12 hours before having to leave for our flight home. So we didn't get to really experience much of the hotel, but the staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable and the hotel seems safe despite being in a terrible neighborhood. The area is swarming with homeless drug addicts."

"Rooms were clean and stocked constantly. The morning kitchen crew, Javier and Mabel were amazing and welcoming and so was the night shift with chef Rene. Front desk and valet were super helpful everytime"

"Jennifer at the front desk was extremely courteous and helpful. She made it fast and easy during check in. Room was clean. Staff was accommodating and helpful. We enjoyed the amenities from the hot tub to refreshments and breakfast was delicious. Definitely will return if in the area "

"The room was spotless, I Arrived in Sacramento on 1/17/2026 around 1 am and we checked in at Quality Inn and it was the worse experience ever, we immediately checked out and went to vagabond Inn and the guy that worked in the front was AWESOME, I mean he took AWESOME to a whole new level because we checked in right away and did not have to wait till 3pm, I didn't get his name but he had great customer service and showed compassion. I recommend this place anytime the people their are great and always smilitng."
