"Room we booked was not available. We needed a two room suite, and we reserved one with a king bedroom and queen bed living room. At check in there were none of these rooms available. We were given a two room set up, but with a small pull out instead the living room. The mattress was filthy and complete collapsed."

"We chose Hyatt because it was close to the airport. We had an extremely early flight to catch. I hadn’t noticed on the list of amenities they offered shuttle service to the airport. The charge was only $15 per night which was reasonable. They dropped us at the airport door. We called when we landed and they picked us in a timely manner. We highly recommend and will stay again."

"To start the check-in staff was welcoming and friendly. The room was clean, clean white sheets, no mold in the shower, and clean floors. Great nod to the cleaning staff. Would stay here again if in the area again. "

"A straight, short walk to Golden 1 Center, which was great for us. Awesome little room with great views of the river. Perfect for exploring Old-Town Sacramento as well. Would recommend. Extremely friendly and helpful staff as well, they had our car valeted at 6:45 for our early departure, which was so nice. However, we did not get to try out the restaurants. Emma's Tamales nearby is tasty though!"

"Everyone that I encountered at this property was above and beyond excellent. Nice little restaurant and bar with exceptionally good food. A far cry from the dirtbag Hilton. I’m staying in tonight down in LA."

"We had 3 reservations. Before we even got to the property, 2 of our parties were being charged for the room, room service and incidentals. When we quesioned it they stated they accidentally checked in other people with the same last name to our rooms. They would refund the money but it would take 3-5 days, and then we had to pay still put out money for our rooms. 2 people had to double pay for the weekend because of their error. They only offered to comp 1 party their parking, the othet nothing was offered"
