Very clean, friendly and accommodating when it came to an extra early check in! Very short walk from the hotel to the Golden 1 Center! Would definitely stay here again!

This is an older, outdated property that could use a little help. On all aspects of hospitality. They said we could get early check in the day before we arrived, then couldn’t pull it off the day off check in. The pool was filthy and everything on the property is covered in spiderwebs. The staff were mostly rude and useless, besides the employee who finally checked us in. All around, I’m not impressed. Will pass on this place next time we’re here.

This hotel is located in a very convenient location. You can walk to Old Sacramento or catch an event at the Golden One Center. It's a little dated but definitely worth it. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I will return.

My stay was fine. I feel like the room was lacking for the price I paid. Definitely not worth it. I've stayed at cheaper places that were nicer. Room was out of conditioner and body wash. The fridge wouldn't close all the way and wouldn't get very cold. The carpet, shower curtain and walls had stains. The staff was very friendly however the parking validation wasn't explained very well at check-in and ended up paying extra for parking.
