"Purposefully booked the room with a trundle bed and the mattress was terribly dirty. Asked the assistant manager to do something about it but she could only remark that housekeeping was busy so maybe something could be done."

"This used to be a top of the line hotel, but some things have changed. The rooms were clean and spacious. We had 3 people in our room and plenty of towels but only 2 wash rags. They have a grab and go breakfast which means you fill out a slip and put your order in the night before and tell them when you want to pick it up the next morning. The breakfasts were like Jimmy Dean Sausage Muffin, which was actually a bagel. You have to cook it. The bagel was inedible. There was also a breakfast burrito, which had the same problem. Today (Saturday) was hard boiled eggs, danish, chocolate chip waffle, yogurt, etc. I booked here because they used to have a good continental breakfast. Not worth the money I paid for the room I rented. Will read the details closer wherever I book for my next trip."

"When we came to the room, the fridge had food dump previous travelers, sink was full of filthy smelling water. Had yo first call the front desk and then ask for the new room as the staff did not know how yo fix it. Next day we can for the breakfast at 8:00 am and the food was bad and was not enough food for people. Not sure what those who came at 9:09 am ate."

"We only stayed for a night . Checked in late and checked out early. But! The room is clean. Everything is clean and fresh. No traces of cigarette smoke in the room nor in the hallway. So convenient having a microwave. BREAKFAST is great! Lots of choices. I wish we could have stayed longer but need to leave because of an early sports competition. The only negative I have experience is the outside premises. Patrons do their smokes outside and its pretty strong when you enter the lobby. Other than that, we had an amazing stay."
