Breakfast was fresh and easily accessible, parking was perfect and located conveniently close to our room, staff were amazing and friendly. 100% recommend.
Lots of shops and places to eat. The only thing bad its like on a corner and oneside was an ally with homeless and lots if drug paraphernalia. Clean rioms.good breakfast!!
Friendly front desk staff. Rooms are dated and small, but clean. Stairs up to rooms are a death trap, but there is an elevator. Homeless people were sleeping at the base of the stairs that lead up to the rooms. Walking distance to convention center, restaurants and some shopping.
The room was fairly clean aside from hairs all over the shower curtain and damaged furniture. Staff was pleasant, breakfast was decent, if not limited. Our main issue was the noise. People were up fighting late into the night and we could hear everything through the thin walls and doors.

The property is older and in a sketchy part of town. The desk attendant suggested it wasn’t safe to walk about in the evening. The lobby and the room were both very clean, so kudos to the staff. The door to the lobby is always locked, another indication of the neighborhood. It’s not a bad property, and as noted, it was super clean and the front desk guy was nice. WiFi was good.

The hotel overall needs a major refresh. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was minimal.
This motel isn't located in a nice area. There were homeless people sleeping in the parking area and roaches in our room. Also the continental breakfast was not very plentiful. The motel staff did their best though. Our room was clean with the exception of the roaches. The pool was quiet and restful. We chose this motel for its value compared to the expensive motels down the block so we got what we paid for.
Staff was very helpful. I was happy to have many good quality bath towels and coffee! The mattress was very comfortable and the room was very clean.

Staff was great but the motel was trashy and there was a homeless man sleeping in the parking lot every night. The rooms were old and hasn’t been updated. The motel is right next to a scary alley and
An older property that has been well-maintained.Check-in was quick, and the room was clean and comfortable.
Conveniently located within a short walking distance to dining, the Capitol, and the Safe Performing Arts Center.
Limited breakfast choices, clean rooms but there was a distinct scent upon arrival, friendly staff, concern about safety due to Unhoused individuals in the general area
Stayed here for the CIM marathon. Nice, clean and most importantly, quiet room for a good night's sleep. Very supportive staff. Let me extend my checkout time so I could shower after the marathon. Highly recommended.

The room was fine. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I had issues with the Wi-Fi but it's usually good.
The first place we go to for our visits to Sacramento. Not the fanciest but, clean, secure and monitored 24/7. If you enjoy Midtown this is a cheap alternative. We always stay here and will continue to.
