Dirty, very tired, mismatched, no tea bags, no sugar. 1 fork! It was filthy. No problem. I'll clean them. No washing up liquid. Bathroom. Shower head broken. Place is ugly and nothing like the pictures… I paid to get Wi-fi and breakfast but on check in they said I didn’t which was a lie… instead to fix the problem they told me to try a refund with Expedia !!! Don’t go to this place u gonna regret, a lot of people there complaining, keys that don’t work, place smell bad and situated in a bad neighborhood!!! "

"No one took care of our check in. We waited for the staff to come for an hour in the rain but still no one showed up. Finally he guided on the phone to get in the apartment. This is ridiculous! The kitchenwares were all very dirty which couldn't be used if we didn't wash it ourselves. But there was no detergent provided. The washing machine and the toaster were very so dirty that we didn't try to use them. However the cleaning charge of £50 was still charged! We asked the staff to come twice...
