"Love the basketball court"

"1) The $100 deposit got charged rather than a hold; the staff then printed out a paper saying the charge did not reach the Heritage inn, and charged another $100 from my credit card. 2) When I asked to extend my stay, requested to charge another $100 after charging for another day. I refused to pay $300 for deposit; and exited. 3) Currently, heritage inn has $407 withheld that needs to be refunded. 4) The staff seemed Asian/African but “refused” to cooperate with my stay at Heritage Inn."

"The hotel I stayed at was amazing, and I will return to it when I visit family again. They don't have a bellman because it's not that type of facility. Despite this, they assisted me with my luggage when I arrived and left. Due to my disability, I am unable to lift my suitcase either from my car or within the hotel. Upon my arrival, they sent someone to assist me, and my suitcase was heavy. He came into my room and put it on the luggage rack. I have no idea what I would have done without their assistance."

"Lack of lighting. Nobody at the front desk answers the phone. The sound of traffic was loud all night and disrupted our sleep. The push carts were all wobbly. Not impressed. Guest kept knocking on our door and disappearing. Will not return."

"One of the worst Best Western's I have been to. Long check in line. staff was unhelpful. Door lock did not work. Locked out of room several times. Breakfast was terrible and mostly gone by 8:00 even though it was supposed to be opened much later."

"The room with the jacuzzi tub in the bedroomwas awesome. I got to watch tv from the tub!"

"Here for basketball tournament with the family. The first thing my son said was it smells like cleaning products. My husband’s response was that’s a good thing. Everything in the kitchen bathroom and bedding was extremely clean and updated. We will definitely be back here for the next games."
