The reception staff were wonderful — genuinely friendly and helpful. My room was exceptionally nice: large, stylish, and very comfortable, with great furniture and a bed I didn’t want to leave. The hotel itself feels upscale and well maintained. The only downside is the smoke. Because people are allowed to smoke in the casino, the smell drifts through much of the building. If you’re sensitive to smoke, that’s something to know before you book.

For my daughter's birthday we went too thunder valley for a night..we stayed at thunder valley resort .i absolutely loved it ,service was excellent and the rooms were clean (beds were comfy)they had everything i needed already in there rooms that i had forgotten..cant want to go back..i give ladies at check in 10/ 10 ..very polite and helpful.

The staff was accomadating and friendly during the check in time, even though I came in earlier. The staff said I could check in and get my rooms on opposite on a floor or I could wait and they would text me when rooms they are side by side when it's ready.
