The room was run down and dirty, there were several water leaks, and it was way overpriced ($140); it was bad. On the other hand, it was very convenient to downtown for the marathon and the front desk people were very kind and went out of their way to be accommodating, like offering a different room and allowing us to stay past the normal check out time.

Room looked like it was in the middle of a remodel. Very bare. The fridge was unplugged, the window was wide open. The bathroom door was all scuffed up. The floor in the bathroom had paint spots all over it. There were no towels at all in the room. I had to go to the front desk to ask for them. When they brought them to me, they smelled. It was so close to the street, the walls were paper thin and I had to run the heater and tv all night to try and drown out the road noise. Ive stayed in some pretty cheap hotels but this one was by far the worst.

Get what you pay for ... the room is smaller than a typical Motel6's ... very small shower stall and equipped with a microwave and a small refrigerator. I paid a little less than I would have to pay at Motel6 so I am satisfied.

Was in town at the Golden1 Center for a four day event. For the location and ease of access to the major city places, it’s conveniently located. The pricing was right, and if you are in town for official business and little time to spend at the hotel save for sleeping then this place is pretty a great deal. Carry some cash. The owners (couple) very personable and responsive. Would surely return.

I want to formally request a refund/discount due to unsafe and unsanitary conditions in my room. I’ve taken photos documenting the issues. The condition of the room does not match what was advertised, and I’ve even been required to move equipment myself, which is unacceptable.

Bad smell, dirty, sink didn’t work, muggy room. Sketchy area and our window was shattered and only “fixed” with tape. If you use Expedia, don’t buy a protection stay plan because even if you have it they won’t offer you a refund. Staff was decent enough but overall a dirty hotel. It’s worth the extra money to go to a slightly more expensive place. It was gross to even breathe in the room

The hotel was excellent for the price charged. It wasn't the Waldorf but was a affordable, convenient, and welcome place to stay in a time when it seems every room in town over charges by 20 or 30 %. When lookad at with that in mind it was 5 star.

The rooms looked nothing like the photos, it was in a bad area, trash and non clean rooms outdated, they also charged 20.00 deposit cash they emphasized, the put me in a handicap room. The smoke detector was gone with exposed wires, stained comforter, stained furniture, broken ac that didn’t work total of 6 tv channels, but said they had dish network, it was a TOTAL DISASTER

The check-in was pleasant and the location was good, however, the room was muggy and reaked of cigarettes. The air conditioner (mounted high on the wall) never blew out cold (or even cool) air. To stay cool, I slept with a damp towel as a blanket (which definitely helped).
