"The location is great. Less than a 5 min walk to the Shintomicho station so it is easy to get around. Central enough yet, in a quieter area surrounded by 2 supermarkets nearby, and a couple of convenience stores. Room is spacious and if you're travelling with kids, the kitchenette and washer / dryer definitely helps. We really enjoyed staying there."

"I stayed a total of 2 weeks here and I am pleased with the service. I traveled using public transportation and walking and it was located near 2 metro lines within 5-10 minutes walking and bus stations. Right outside the hotel is the tsukiji market and you are about 15 -20 minutes walking from the main shopping area in Ginza. The only downside to the hotel was the bed but I noticed that many of the other beds in Japan were also very firm. I was able to sleep well. The hotel is also very quiet only 1 neighboring room was loud one night. Having a washer/dryer in unit was why I chose this hotel so that I could pack less especially in the winter with heavier clothing. It worked great. All instructions were provided in English and the staff also spoke English. The room was also a decent size of 2 travelers with 3 suitcases and backpacks Overall I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it if you are looking for an affordable place. "
