"Good breakfast options, but if you come between 8-9 am then you will have to wait an hour to be seated, as this place gets filled up fast and it has a very limited staff. My favourite part about this place was their shower: easy controls and great water pressure. My least favourite part was the toilet room, because every day it smelled like urine in there. I've mentioned this problem to the reception staff, and I requested that the floors around the toilet get washed, but unfortunately the offensive urine smell continued during my entire stay at this hotel (6 nights). This is quite an expensive hotel with very few amenities, so at least it should be clean, but it wasn't. "

"Best place for a family"

"Room was small, but had a bit more space than other hotels we stayed in Japan. Bathroom was a sufficient size for us and had a clothes line that you could use in the bath which was helpful for drying laundry. Liked that the bathroom light and room light had a dimmer on it. Good location about a 10-15 minute walk from Tokyo Station. Staff were nice. Would stay here again."

"Staff was professional, helpful, and friendly. Hotel is located near restaurants and shopping areas. Fresh breakfast menu. Cute laundry room, detergent was included in wash!! Overall my experience was exceptional! Definitely would return and recommend."

"It is a small room but the location is good! Not too far from the station, the area surrounding the hotel is clean and quiet! The staff is very friendly and helpful!"

"Would have given 5 stars for everything, except the room air conditioning could not be controlled by each room. We did purchase a fan from an electronic store to keep air circulation in the room and to keep it cooler. Otherwise, great hotel, staff and it would be smart to purchase the breakfast. It was fresh every morning and well stocked. We had a great location for metro, train station, ramen, 7-11 and sites to shop and see. "
