"Hotel was a lovely stay. Due to our late check in, we had a double room of two beds instead of one (however these were pushed together so it was fine)., We were also upgraded to a balcony room which was a lovely surprise. Views were amazing in the morning and it made us feel like we were on holiday. Clean spacious room, bathroom was clean apart from a very dirty non slip mat with hair on there. Water bottles were also missing from the room however the reception provided a warm, friendly and efficient service to get this sorted. Breakfast was nice but the range was less than when we stayed any Reading East a few weeks before. Overall, a nice stay. "
