"From the moment we arrived the stay was perfect. Food great, room great and service great. It is worth staying in the Lounge Access rooms as the personalised service, food and drinks make the stay a little more special."

"Great location, staff and room. Stayed in the hotel for 10 days. Rooms were clean and satisfactory. Area was in a great spot. Walking distance from MBK, Siam and other mall spots and market. Train station is literally attached to the hotel. HIGHLY RECOMMEND to add the breakfast hotel. It's a steal with what they offer. Definitely great way to start your day. Just a few things, could be a make or break for some: 1. Some rooms didn't have proper safety deposit box. We had to changed rooms due to this. The staff were very helpful and helped us changed rooms. 2. We went with family and they said that the a/c wasn't as cold as it could be. Ok when you're sleeping but spending the whole day outside and waiting for the room to cool is a bummer. Other than those would definitely recommend. If we come back to visit we'll definitely try and stay in the same location."

"We booked last minute during on a long layover between flights to get some rest. Wish we could've stayed longer though. Check in was quick and easy. Room was spacious and comfortable. The free hotel shuttle runs was the top amenity for us and is easy to catch (pickup from the airport is every hour on the hour, and drop-offs to the airport leave the hotel 30mins past every hour). The hotel itself was much nicer and more modern than we expected. Lots of amenities offered that we wish we could've had more time to enjoy."

"The experience was beyond the expected. The roof top bar outstanding with a magnificent view of the city. Too bad the drinks were too over prized. Otherwise, we would have stayed a lot longer at the bar!!"

"Great customer service. Staff was very nice and helpful. Conveniently located /connected to mall which was open late with great dining options. Beware of traffic though if you are on a tight schedule, otherwise great location. I would recommend and stay here again. "
