"My vacation in Puerto, Rico was everything. My first time on this resort was everything. From the greeting when you first pull up to the front desk was amazing. The rooms was very clean, and excellent hospitality was great from the first day until check-out. This is a place I will definitely come and stay again."

"The property itself was beautiful and it was our second time there visiting since hurricane Maria. However, we were placed in the marina and there was construction going on. The construction woke us every morning around 6:00 am with drilling, banging and noise also the funicular broke down and was in operable a few times expert. We were told that the manager was unaware of the construction but they were accommodating and moved us to another room. We were happy to be moved to a room more quiet and accommodating but it was a great inconvenience."

"My assigned room was a mess. The AC was extremely loud, the sofa bed was dirty and stinky, there was a flashing light in the room and the door was fitted. I was moved to a better room the next day after a complaint."

"All the staff from cleaning crew on up were very helpful and attentive. Definitely would recommend your beautiful establishment. I wasn't given the name of the person that found my earring and placed it where I could find it in the car from valet parking. I really want to thank you for that. That meant a lot because they were a gift from my dad."

"The place smelled like new. It was very clean. My suite was nice with a great bathroom. The only issue that I found was that I had no control of the A/C. The room was very cold at the entrance with a very loud A/C fan. Luckily, I rented a suite, thus I was able to close the doors and the temperature of the bedroom was nice."
