"We booked a "luxury" room by the pool, but it was a nightmare. The bed was infested with bedbugs, and the staff only changed the sheets when we reported it. We asked for a room change and got a regular one on the second floor, with no compensation. Later, we saw the "luxury" room rented out again. The pool was dirty, full of sand, and we found a large piece of glass in it. We also discovered a pair of underwear from previous guests on one of our chairs and an old lunchbox in the fridge.
