"The staff was very helpful. Rooms were clean if small. The neighborhood was quiet and in a good location out of the busiest areas in the city center. Breakfasts were good and included boiled eggs, croissants, yogurt, toast, and fruit. It can get a bit loud in the hallways but overall it was a good place to stay. "

"I would stay at this hotel again. The location is very close to the train station and although it is very busy, you are close to the city center. However, slightly far from the Arno river and Ponte Vecchio bridge so be prepared to walk about 15 minutes. Rooms are clean and staff is very friendly.
