"A clean and modern hostel. A bit of a walk from the main tourist sites. We had a shocking experience checking in, the reservation system was down and the Reservation Manager was very rude and aggressive - totally unacceptable behavior. "

Staff were courteous and polite on entry and exit of the hotel and couldn't have been more helpful when checking in. Excellent location for station and City Centre. Recommend staying here if visiting Florence/Firenze."
