We arrived shortly after 3pm and were greeted by 2 exceptionally friendly members of staff who not only spoke brilliant english (my Italian is quite rusty) but also took the time to provide us a map and take us through the main points of interest and their recommendations.
The room was perfect and overlooked the plaza behind. There were some building works going on nearby but these did not impact our stay at all.

Location is superb...a short stroll to most of the major attractions. Despite being in the heart of the city, superb soundproofing + air-con means an excellent, silent night's sleep. The staff are the best I ever encountered, the rooms spotless, the breakfast generous, and free teas and a happy hour to meet fellow travellers over free Prosseco tops it all off.
