"Excellent public amenities - including a huge game room with all sorts of games and a large screen TV, vintage arcade games and pinball machines. Fun s'mores hour every evening. Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful in resolving any concerns. Underground covered self-parking was very convenient. Only 2 complaints about our room. The thermostat could not be self-controlled, so was unable to change the temperature and fan speed. Also unable to open the window, so room was too warm and air was stuffy. "
