The staff -- behind the desk -- was incredibly friendly and helpful, and I was grateful for the use of the dining room even thought the restaurant was closed.
The general service -- perhaps because of Covid -- was totally absent. I was there for four days without a change in the towels or linen, wastebasket not emptied.
Also, the additional $30 per day "resort charge" appears as a charge to be collected by the hotel after completing the stay. It should be included up front as part of the daily cost of the hotel room and clearly noticed before the customer commits to taking the room.
Finally, Hoxton should tell the customer that, when renting the very small bedroom, there is no closet, no drawers, no place to store anything. A bed and a bathroom are pretty much all that you get. (A TV, too}
