Great interior design and concept of a hotel but Portland has gotten a little unsafe. Maybe it’s the big pockets of homelessness in the area. Had a homeless person yelling and swearing at every passer-by that walked passed

I really like the Hoxton and if this property was a few blocks away it would be great, but the immediate area is not nice

The hotel, staff, service, is absolutely top-notch. I know Portland has always had a homeless issue but sadly the drug use in the area (not pot, but other) makes it harder to visit with kids.

The hotel was great. The area not so much but that is Portland at the moment. Access to everything from the hotel was fantastic. We could walk to almost everything and it was super convenient. GREAT staff, the hotel is fun and cozy, delicious breakfast and a place you want to hang out. The bed was comfy, the room was nice but could've used a DEEP clean. It just didn't feel SUPER clean and the window as broken so I couldn't get fresh air which was a bummer. Overall I would totally recommend this hotel, it was a perfect stay for the weekend.
