You can walk to the Pearl District or take the trolley. Make sure you get a second floor or higher room so you don't hear the tram. Also, no elevator.

Rooms aren’t clean, aren’t in the best of condition. Several small things that look old, worn-out and not refurbished can be noticed. -No drinking water. -Room did not have hangers. -No extra toilet paper roll. Access door and the area around the hotel and rooms are dingy shady and not well maintained. A little extra maintenance, cleaning and up keep will help the property immensely.

The beds were horrible and the trolley running all night kept us awake the entire night. The parking is just as bad. If you don’t have a tiny car, it’s impossible to park in their underground parking area. Not to mention, we had to climb three flights of stairs, no elevator or ramps, and my mother used a walker.
