I stayed here for 2 nights while in Portland to take the bar exam. When i pulled up i was skeptical, i hadn't paid attention while booking and was concerned a motel wasn't going to be the right environment for me to get ready for the exam.
I couldn't have been more wrong. The lovely woman at the office was extremely helpful at checkin, and had gone so far as to run the AC in the room prior to my arrival to compensate for an ongoing heatwave.
The room itself was extremely clean as well as the attached kitchenette that came in really handy. The bedding and bed were clean and comfortable and everything worked as intended.
Despite the proximity to the road sound was never an issue, and the shades were more than enough to keep out city lights. In addition there were many restaurants available via delivery apps, and the staff were polite enough to redirect one wayward driver and call my room to let me know he was on his way.
Everything about my stay was superlative, and it was exactly what i needed at a stressful juncture. I would absolutely go back.
