Fantastic hotel in the Pearl District. Probably one of the best for the price that I have stayed in in quite a while. The desk staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. The cafe staff was just as friendly. The room was a nice size with a Nespresso coffee maker. Sliding doors allowed for more privacy if needed. The room was very clean. Parking is outrageously expensive. I would park in a nearby lot. The location is kind of on the border of the nicer part of downtown and where it starts to get sketchy. Seemed safe enough though. I would stay there again without hesitation.

This was such a nice hotel stay. The room was very high end for it's price, I got upgraded to a higher floor, and the in-room coffee was pretty tasty too.Oh and I love that they have free refillable filtered water on each floor. Very convenient. There's a bar/restaurant on the main floor with comfy seating and also the balcony on the top floor has a great view with tables. Relaxing place to enjoy your breakfast/a drink if it's nice out. The front desk staff were also so very nice and accommodating to me 😊 highly recommend this hotel if you're visiting or first time in the city πŸ’―

Great front desk staff. The hotel itself isn’t great on the cleanliness front. First room, had issues with the shower, there was a large clump of hair. Changed rooms, second room also had hair in the shower, and a half eaten bag of chip left in the cabinet. Restaurant food was good, but the staff seemed to be undertrained on the menu and how to serve the few customers in there. Overall they need to improve the properties cleanliness
