"The steam room was not available for use along with room service was not available after 8 PM when it was stated in the menu to be available till 10 PM. We had planned that into our evening and then realized there was no food available to be served in our room. We then had to leave the hotel to find some food and that was a bit disappointing. The property is clean and well managed and I still will come back, even though I had some inconveniences on this last visit."

"The hotel is clean and comfortable and staff are professional and accommodating. The windows are operable, a real plus. Parking is an issue. We parked in the ProPark garage on the next block advertising $8/day and got charged $28 instead. Now have to dispute the charge. Bathrobes must be requested. I miss the beautiful antique card playing tables that used to be in the old Benton lobby, but at least there are a couple of 4-seat tables on the mezzanine if you want to play a game of bridge."

"The location was solid as far as easy and convenient. We got some good egg sandos for breakfast from a food cart a block away. That was cool. There are nice shops nearby but the homelessness is out of control and the people- sadly-are in such a bad place but it makes walking around with kids feel unsafe and unpleasant. The staff was fine, not overly friendly but did their jobs. The room was a bit outdated but it was quiet."

"We liked that it was clean and affordable and located exactly in the middle of where we wanted to be. Food trucks, cafes, the river all within 10 minute walking distance. We stopped by the continental breakfast every morning. The only thing that we were a little bummed about was that a few times we tried to use the pool, but it was closed (even during posted open hours.). Our last day there we finally got to enjoy the pool, and it was great. Overall, it was a great value."
