This place saved me after having spent three nights in an awful accomodation. Checking in was a bit complicated thanks to Expedia, but the hotel were so kind they saw how stressful it was an upgraded my room on the second day.

The staff at the business centre was very nice and I liked to spend time working from there. Quite confortable. Diego in particular was always making sure I had everything I needed. Not a fancy hotel, but very convenient.

Excellent location - 2 mins walk to Zocalo. There is a 24hr cafe and all food and drinks are completely free.
The only main point is that they have a very limited vegetarian choice.

Great hotel location not only for the Reforma business district but also only 30 minutes walk past the stunning Alameda Park and Palacio Belles Artes to the Zocalo Plaza de la Constitucion centeal square. Try the delicious Sonora Grill and do not miss out on the wonderful breakfast buffet. Pool and sauna a little disappointing. However gym looked well appointed.

Private, clean, good conditions, a great workspace, a terrace, and a water filter. It is walkable, and also a metro is nearby. Communication is good also; the host changed my room due to something not being ok.

First time to Mexico and as a solo female I was apprehensive. I can't tell you how pleased I was to turn a corner at almost 10pm after navigating the Linea 4 buses from the airport and to stumble into this well-lit, modern, tidy and clean hostel! Booked a single room which was comfy and just enough space for me. A bit cold and could hear comings and goings at Reception but if this stuff doesn't bother you then it's fine. Shared toilets had more than enough cubicles and I don't know how they were...
