"Our view of the rainforest was breathtaking! The hotel was beautiful and clean, service was excellent and we were very happy with out stay. The only thing we did not like is that we were put into an adjoining room and at first we could hear the noise. The hotel offered to give us another room but it did not have the view. All in all, things worked out. Great stay! "

"From desk excellent, but there was one guy at the pool picking up towels and I could tell he was so upset because many people left their towels there. This was Monday July 7. I was there that evening. Other than that staff was great."

Always very polite and ensuring that everyone was taken care of and that all the tables were clean and one of the things that I missed the most is when you are greeted when you arrive and when you depart. "Amenities were great! Staff was super polite and helpful. Housekeeping was great! Ability to walk right onto the beach was phenomenal! The only slight downfall was the dinig options. Dining option were limited and on the expensive side compared to other restaurants. This is easily avoided, became their are other restaurants within walking distance. Everything else was great! I would definitely recommend and stay again. "

"This was my 4th time staying and always a pleasure. Convenient to shops and restaurant. Isla Verde beach 5 minute walk and drive to old San Juan 10-15 minutes. Staff is always nice and helpful. Love staying here, will come back next year."
