"I enjoyed my stay. Staff were extremely nice. Breakfast was hot with sausage and eggs. For those going to Busch Gardens, the hotel has a shuttle bus to take you there. I would stay there again."

"The room was not clean, floor and table surfaces need a good scrubbing. The entire room needs a new paint job, and the mirrors are dirty and delaminating. We saw what appeared to be a cockroach, they can get in easily thru the wide crack where the door doesn't close completely. The staff was pleasant, but the room was a disappointment. The online photos are flattering. I understand this is a budget hotel, but for $419 for 2 nights (during the airshow) I expected more. Next time I'll look for a room elsewhere."

"The hotel is lovely with Boho-chic aesthetic and lush greenery. Rooms are spacious and have balconies. Daniel, the front desk manager, was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill. Maintenance & Room Issues Our room of four women had a completely non-working shower. A maintenance worker came to the room while we were still there and suggested he could come by to turn the shower on and off for us manually. This was completely unacceptable. While we were out for dinner, the team attempted to fix the shower. Daniel proactively tried to contact us to move our rooms, but we didn't see the message until we returned late that night. Upon returning, our shower had been taken apart, making a move mandatory. The night agent was visibly bothered by us and acted as if our situation was an inconvenience. He provided new keys but did not offer a bell cart or help us move; we had to specifically request a cart and move all of our own luggage. Billing & Management Failures Daniel kindly promised to comp our Friday night to make up for the trouble. However, the checkout process was handled poorly: Sunday Checkout: Daniel was off, and the manager on duty, Mitch, had no record of the arrangement. Broken Promise: Mitch assured me my card would not be charged until he spoke with Daniel. Instead, I was charged in full immediately. It has been exactly 7 days since I checked out and still no credit."
