"Nice to have onsite breakfast. Pool was nice and green area. On site laundry for credit card purchase. Can order Indian food onsite to go which we did and had next to pool bar area. Overall 4 for price, allowed 6 in suite room, and very of close to Busch gardens keeping in mind this for me had more of a multi level motel feel. Kinda noisy traffic with open walkways and must be a fire station nearby. At night noise on first floor sometimes from loud exhaust vehicle would wake me. Bathroom area with toilet and tub was smaller but at least sink/mirror was outside of the toilet door. Room was older feel with some updates. Fridge worked to keep water and drinks in room. Front door lock could use a tightening and door from outside at end of hallway would catch so not closing unless pushed lock in then pulled it shut. Was nice that could use ice machine to bring stuff along to beach which was about 1.5 hr to Clearwater or St Pete. Would of liked if had bean bags to go with boards. Boards but no bags did not make them very useful. Also chess cool but not board to play so maybe they could paint on on turf or something. Ran out of towels by pool fast but seating around pool was nice and at night was awesome to look up at open sky from center. Might consider staying just be sure have car. Would be hard to walk anywhere. Area seems business park like with some commercial business. Felt safe enough. In driving there some concerning area in near driving ar but suites themselves seemed ok. "

"sheets were dirty in room upon arrival, bathroom did not have plastic shower liner so water was on the tile floor during showers, walls paper thin and could hear everything from upstairs/next door throughout the nights. construction on the building happened early mornings around 7 730. left a day early from the hotel because it was just a terrible time"

"Although the room appeared clean, my grandchildren had black feet from walking on the carpet. The room felt very damp, the sheets felt damp on both beds. The AC blew cold air, but the room remained damp through out my stay. The hinges on the bathroom door were rusty, the ceiling over the shower needed to be repaired, the trim near the bathroom door needed to be repaired. The carpet appeared to be very old, needs to be replaced."

"The lady servicing the breakfast was very attentive. She was always making sure we had everything we needed it."
