"Absolutely amazing stay here. We were staying for our 10th wedding anniversary and everyone made us feel special and welcome. Nothing was too much hassle or a problem. The food was delicious. The spa was so relaxing, clean and perfect. The whole stay was phenomenal and we will be back. Thank you for making our anniversary so perfect."

My daughters and I had a wonderful stay - the room was quiet, clean, extremely comfortable and furnished to high standards. The fridge had complimentary drinks and snacks which was a lovely addition. The terrace is lovely for drinks and amazing food. Breakfast was also amazing with every choice you could think of that a breakfast could entail. Staff are very attentive, welcoming and very helpful.

Unexpectedly upgraded to a suite, which was lovely. Stayed at Baileys multiple times over the past few years, a lovely, comfy, traditional London hotel with out the ostentatious bling. Friendly and helpful staff, stones throw from good transportation for London exploration. The only slight negative, no bedside clock, so had to check my phone or Ipad for time in the wee small hours.
