"This property is new, clean, and in a great location! It’s like being at a tropical resort in the mountains! Rooms are spacious. Great pools/hot tub/lazy river. Pool bar and inside bar is great and drinks are delicious! I only have 2 negatives: the beds were comfortable but bring your own pillow. The pillows were terrible! Also, we weren’t a fan of the complimentary breakfast. There are lots of kids at this resort and breakfast was a free for all. Do yourself a favor and get breakfast at the Sunliner at the bottom of the hill. Outstanding! We had a great stay and will 100% stay at this resort again!!! "

"Good value with daily breakfast buffet. Nice indoor pool is open until 1am. Lots of families but that’s what pigeon forge is all about. Only papa John’s allowed to deliver on site. All other food deliveries must be received off property. "
