This was one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in. The rooms were very comfortable and even had a small kitchen. The free breakfast was over the top! Great variety of things to choose from and everything was so fresh. I would definitely choose this hotel again when in Pigeon Forge the next time.
Excellent location. Breakfast has always been delicious-eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, oatmeal, plenty more. The room is very spacious with a nice kitchen. Plenty of room to walk around in the room. This was our second stay this year and hope to stay there again next year.
Clean. Looks like a fairly new property. Small kitchenette with ample coffee and tea in room. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff was helpful
Beautiful hotel that was very close to Dollywood, and attractions in Pigeon Forge, and not too far of a drive to Gatlinburg. The room was clean and well-organized with a functional kitchenette. I went swimming in the pool with my granddaughter, which I tend to avoid doing at most hotels (because they are usually gross). The pool was very nice with a super shallow end that went very gradually to about 4.5 feet. Great for casual splashers and little kids. Towels are provided at poolside, so you don't have to waste one of your room towels. Breakfast was very nice with all the things you normally see, such as eggs, pancake/waffle bar, yogurts, fruits, breads, and, of course, the coffee bar. Overall, one of the nicer hotels I have stayed at in a long, long time.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast selection. Great location!
Everything was great. We didn’t get a balcony room like we booked and paid for, the day of check out the elevator and doors didn’t work, so loading was very difficult. Staff were extremely nice and humble.
